We have experience working in educational buildings such as schools, colleges, and universities. Our work at Horbury Academy in Wakefield saw us installing new sockets and lighting, the fire alarm system, a mag-lock system, boiler supply, and hand dryers.
Council
We work with several local councils, where we provide an install service for new build council properties. We also provide councils with regular maintenance and the servicing of boiler, heating systems, electrical circuits, lighting, and fuse boards.
Retail
At STAT we offer a flexible install service for your retail environments. We understand that business needs to continue, that’s why our team are willing to work unsociable hours with minimum disruption, to complete your project.

We provide mechanical and electrical building services for the hospitality industry. This includes projects in hotels and accommodation, restaurants, and cafes, public toilet, and washroom facilities.
Office & Workplace
STAT specialise in the design and install in workplaces and offices. Our projects have included full fit outs in new build business parks, and refurbishments. We provide maintenance packages with an annual PAT testing service.
Industrial
We have been involved in industrial and warehouse refurbishment projects, providing both the install of new services, and regular maintenance and servicing contracts. We are capable of working around businesses that are still operating.
Sub Contract
Although we primarily take on the main contractor role, we also work alongside our regular partners as a sub-contractor. This includes everything from the initial install, to providing ongoing maintenance, servicing, and repair services
